Class 1 will cover basic web concepts, including domain names, web servers and website hosting; then, participants will “dive in” to create their first webpage. Class 2 will focus on images and linking—developing a website from the webpage started in Class 1. Finally, Class 3 will feature adding style and personality to the website using Cascading Style Sheets.

Web Design Basics is an aggressive series, designed for students who have experience and confidence in using a computer and the Internet. However, no web design experience is required.

This three week workshop is designed for any older adult or senior citizen who's interested in examining their life experiences through the art of writing creative non-fiction.
